This program develops the physical foundation required for high-energy pop dancing. You will assess your flexibility and weak zones. Strength work protects joints and improves power. Mobility training improves ease of movement. Dynamic warm-ups prepare the body for jumps and fast footwork. Recovery routines reduce fatigue and soreness.
